Terms of sale

  3. The Buyer accepts the motor vehicle in its existing “as is” condition, except for any express promises written in this agreement.
  4. This document and its additional clauses record the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller concerning this sale.
  5. This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
